for Firm Administrator Position
in Albuquerque Office

Nordhaus Law Firm seeks applications for the position of Firm Administrator, working in its Albuquerque office. The Firm also has offices in Spokane and Washington DC. The Firm consists of 12 attorneys and support staff. The Administrator works under the direction of the Firm's Management Committee, and serves as office manager in the Albuquerque office. The Administrator manages the administrative operations of all three offices, including general supervision of non-attorney personnel, overseeing the Firm's finance functions, developing the annual budget, preparing financial reports and projections, managing HR systems, and managing the physical facilities of the Firm.

The preferable candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Firm Administrator or Office Manager and will have an extensive background in personnel and human resource management with a strong financial background and a broad knowledge of computer systems and other operating and information systems (as used in a law firm environment). This individual will be adept at multi-tasking and setting priorities. The individual in this position must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
